教育背景

1985年毕业于北京科技大学物理系。

1995年毕业于东南大学物理系并获硕士学位。

1998年毕业于南京大学物理系获理学博士学位。

工作履历

2001.72004.1:在德国IFW-Dresden固体与材料研究所从事科研工作。

2004.12004.7:在德国IFF-Yuelich研究中心访问学者。

2007.12007.9:韩国昌原大学客访教授。

2004.7~现在:安徽工业大学材料学院

学术兼职

讲授《材料物理性能》和《磁性材料》等课程。

研究领域

磁性薄膜材料,磁电子器件,磁性材料。

学术成果

主要从事磁性多层膜、磁性隧道结、稀磁半导体、以及高性能稀土磁性材料的研究工作。先后主持和参加了国家及省部级自然科学研究项目6项。在国际重要期刊,如美国的《物理评论B》,《应用物理》等专业期刊上发表SCI收入论文近30篇。曾获中国分析学会科技一等奖,安徽省高等学校科学技术进步三等奖,安徽省第三届自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖。2005年入选安徽省高校学科拔尖人才。

·           项目名称:“Heusler合金与磁隧道结的结构及磁性”,安徽省教育厅重点项目,批准号:2005kj037ZD,项目主持。2008年通过安徽省教育厅科学技术。成果鉴定(皖教科签字[2008]48号),成果达到国际先进水平。

·           项目名称:“高性能烧结钕铁硼永磁体的研制”,省科技厅重点项目,证书编号:06462-04,子课题负责人,07年通过省科技厅鉴定,达到国际先进水平。

·           项目名称:“磁性多层膜的层间耦合与磁电阻效应的研究”,获安徽省高校科学技术进步三等奖,获奖号:K2000-3-19-1,第一获奖者,200010月。
