教育背景
1985年毕业于北京科技大学物理系。
1995年毕业于东南大学物理系并获硕士学位。
1998年毕业于南京大学物理系获理学博士学位。
工作履历
2001.7~2004.1:在德国IFW-Dresden固体与材料研究所从事科研工作。
2004.1~2004.7:在德国IFF-Yuelich研究中心访问学者。
2007.1~2007.9:韩国昌原大学客访教授。
2004.7~现在:安徽工业大学材料学院
学术兼职
讲授《材料物理性能》和《磁性材料》等课程。
研究领域
磁性薄膜材料,磁电子器件,磁性材料。
学术成果
主要从事磁性多层膜、磁性隧道结、稀磁半导体、以及高性能稀土磁性材料的研究工作。先后主持和参加了国家及省部级自然科学研究项目6项。在国际重要期刊,如美国的《物理评论B》,《应用物理》等专业期刊上发表SCI收入论文30余篇。曾获中国分析学会科技一等奖,安徽省高等学校科学技术进步三等奖,安徽省第三届自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖。2005年入选安徽省高校学科拔尖人才。
